Fredricia Cunegin, MSM, PHR, SHRM-CP
Fredricia Cunegin is the founder and CEO of HRinMotion, LLC, a human resource management consulting firm that provides human resource management services to small businesses. With more than 25 years of private, for-and non-profit human resources experience, Fredricia offers her clients a proprietary methodology and infrastructure in support of business growth and federal, state, and local law compliance. Her team provides strategic planning, human resources software automation and integration, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, recruitment services, employment law compliance, training and development, and performance management. She offers customized executive coaching programs and the execution of succession planning strategies. She was featured on the Bruce Johnson Show, WUSA, channel 9 as a subject matter expert (SME) on the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace. Fredricia earned the professional human resource (PHR) certification, conferred by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and the SHRM-CP certification conferred by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also holds a Master of Science, Management (MSM) degree, with a human resource management concentration resource from the University of Maryland University College.
Jade Valdivieso, JD
Jade Valdivieso, JD is an HR business partner with HRinMotion, LLC with nearly twenty years of business experience and a financial services acumen. She has an extensive background as an IT consultant and lead analyst and has over eight years of HRIS experience working with both custom proprietary systems and packaged solutions like PeopleSoft. In addition, she also has two years of HR management experience as an assistant vice president, responsible for employee relations and payroll. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College, Northampton, MA. She also has her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. She recently received a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
Patrice Jones Forbes
Senior Marketing Manager
Patrice Jones Forbes serves as HRinMotion's Marketing Manager. With a decade of marketing and communications experience, she has a passion for collaborative strategy development and brand awareness campaigns. In her role, she identifies emerging markets, develops fresh and innovative outreach initiatives, and produces high-class content to elevate clients to industry "thought-leader" status. Patrice has worked with companies like Make-A-Wish America and H&R Block and has partnered with several small businesses as a strategic advisor. She is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Association of Association Executives (ASAE). Patrice obtained her degree in Business Management from Bowie State University and has a post-graduate eMarketing degree from the University of Virginia.
Tomoy brings over two years of experience developing HR presentations, including creating an onboarding program with standard operating procedures that Bowie State University approved. In addition, Tomoy has obtained two certificates from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business, (1) Inclusive and Ethical Leadership and (2) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. Tomoy also attended The University of the West Indies, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, a double major in Accounting and Management Studies. She is known for her academic achievements and stellar personality in her home country. Tomoy’s motto is, “everyone has the potential to do well; they need a little assistance to turn their weaknesses into strengths.”
