HRinMotion, LLC to lead the search for a new LARS Executive Director
Laurel, MD (September 1, 2021) — HRinMotion, LLC has partnered with nonprofit organization LARS ( Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services, INC.) to find a new Executive Director to lead the Laurel, MD -based organization. Executive Director Leah Paley will leave the organization after 10 years of service to Laurel’s homeless and low-income community.
HRinMotion, LLC will begin the recruitment process this month while working closely with the Board of Directors and LARS staff members.
Founded in 1987 by a group of local congregation leaders and community members, LARS sought a consolidated approach to responding to those who came to their doors for food and financial help. Today LARS is staffed by trained social workers and continues to receive financial and volunteer support from its founding faith-based partner organizations. LARS' mission is to enable homeless and low-income people in crisis to achieve stability and long- term self-sufficiency.
