The Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL) is a 501(c)3 non profit community service organization that has guided individuals on the road to self-sufficiency for more than 75 years. Their mission is to increase the economic and political empowerment of minorities and to help all Americans share equally in the responsibilities and rewards of full citizenship. HRinMotion, LLC serves as GWUL’s exclusive human resource consulting firm. Within a year, we have revised job descriptions, audited personnel files with recommendations, facilitated the migration and implementation of a new payroll and time and attendance system, revised HRM Policy/Procedural Manual, established competency models, successfully completed an executive search for a director’s position, co-established a new Assistant Manager Trainee (AMT) curriculum/ program, implemented a new performance evaluation tool, and established internal HRM standard operational procedures (SOPs).
Since 1938, National Industries for the Blind (NIB) has focused on enhancing the opportunities for economic and personal independence of people who are blind, primarily through creating, sustaining, and improving employment. HRinMotion, LLC has provided mandatory compliance (ie., preventing sexual harassment in the workplace) and soft-skill training.
HRIM provided leadership training services, and HRM consulting services to The Fishing School, an award-winning after-school tutoring and life skills training organization.
The Taproot Foundation drives social change by leading, mobilizing, and engaging professionals in pro bono service. HRinMotion, LLC started to provide pro bono HR services through the organization in 2015.
