Fredricia earned the professional human resource (PHR) certification, conferred by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and the SHRM-CP certification conferred by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also holds a Master of Science, Management (MSM) degree, with a human resource management concentration from the University of Maryland University College.
Fredricia resides in Bowie, MD with her husband Irvin; she is the mother of two adult daughters, two sons-in-love and six grandchildren.
risty Brown is HRinMotion, LLC’s Chief Human Resource Compliance Officer. Kristy is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with five years of human resource management experience. Kristy possess a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University – Central Texas. In this role, she creates, maintains, or revises policies, procedures and programs, provides employment law counsel, performs day-to-day human resource responsibilities, and takes the lead on all generated proactive compliance strategies.
Kristy, originally from Massachusetts, has had the pleasure of residing in 5 states while serving with her Military spouse Jermaine. This has afforded her the opportunity to acquire multi-state employment labor law experience. When Kristy is not at the helm of compliance solutions, she is traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two dogs Kratos and Athena.
